Originally started in Montreal, every piece by Hutchison is hand-sewn by founder Sofia. Now located just steps away from my house, Sofia and I connected over Instagram and I’ve been lucky enough to see her thoughtful process and eye for timeless silhouettes. Her garments are made-to-order, minimizing waste – and their beautifully simple styles are my go-to!

I borrowed this dress as a sample from Sofia to test its versatility, and fell in love. I haven’t bought it yet, but really adore the relaxed, minimalist silhouette.

I loved the sample of this tank top that maker Sofia gifted me so much, that I purchased a second one with the affiliate commission I earned doing a promotion with her. I wear it backwards AND forwards (high neck for the office, scoop neck for weekends), and knot the front during the summer for a more casual look. Made of natural linen, it’s a keeper that just gets softer with wear. Fits true to size.
